Ryan’s journey is a bit different than most, he began at age of 10, when he founded Brainfreeze; a coding company where he developed and sold games to classmates. By his teenage years he pivoted into design, collaborating with some of the top esports organizations including Cyclone Esports, Version1, and Minnesota ROKKR now acquired by G2 Esports, cementing his status as a creative force within the gaming industry.

At 19, Ryan relocated to Florida to become the Creative Director & Product Designer of SMOK3, a Web3 platform focused on GTM strategy and creator program infrastructure. His work at SMOK3 bridges creative leadership with marketing growth; crafting marketing ecosystems that help creators and startups scale in the digital economy.
